Perfumer

Céline Ellena is an established perfumer and the third generation of a distinguished family perfumery heritage. She is a worthy successor to her renowned father, Jean-Claude Ellena.

Growing up amidst the captivating aromas of Grasse, global hub of perfumery, Céline’s path was naturally intertwined with the world of scents. After studying linguistics and psychology, she further honed her craft at the prestigious ISIPCA in Versailles and gained experience working with major fragrance groups.

After a decade of creating fragrances for luxury brands, Céline embarked on an independent journey, dedicating herself to translating emotions into exquisite scents. Her approach to perfumery is that of a novelist, immersing herself in the storytelling of emotions and capturing their essence through olfactory art.

PSYCHOTIC sought the expertise of Céline Ellena to create transgressive olfactory compositions, granting her complete artistic freedom.

In a quest for absolute perfection, Céline’s vision was to develop an addictive experience within each fragrance family.

The result is a collection of six bewitching perfumes, each belonging to a different olfactory family, offering a new, unconventional and contemporary approach.

For its second collection, PSYCHOTIC embarked on another creative journey, this time collaborating with the gifted perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer.

With a spirit of artistic freedom and a quest for unique excellence, we entrusted Nathalie to craft a distinct and captivating collection of six perfumes.

Our aim was to offer a fresh and unconventional interpretation of some fragrance families.

Guided by her expertise and innovative vision, Nathalie sought to create an exceptional and captivating reflection of everyday obsessions. She adeptly harnessed unique essences to craft enthralling blends, achieving her lofty aspiration.

Shota Lomtadze, Founder of Psychotic London, is an entrepreneur with extensive management experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry as well as a passionate traveler. He is the driving force behind the brand.

With a pragmatic mindset and strong business acumen, Shota has dedicated over 20 years to working with major international beauty groups, successfully developing luxurious and niche brands such as Atkinson’s and Liu Jo.

Shota’s dynamic nature finds him constantly on the move, effortlessly traversing countries and continents, infusing energy and excitement wherever he goes.

Whilst living in London, Shota was inspired by the capital’s eclectic and controversial nature, leading him to conceive his own fragrance brand. In 2020, his encounter with Thierry de Baschmakoff and Celine Ellena brought forth this extraordinary project, which became Psychotic London.

Artistic Direct

Our remarkable PSYCHOTIC bottle was crafted by Artistic Director Thierry de Baschmakoff, a visionary with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years. Through his agency, he has created nearly 6000 objects and concepts, including iconic bottles for renowned luxury brands.

Originally born in Grasse, Thierry studied Engineering and subsequently found himself exploring bottle design. In the late 1980s, he established his design agency, which gained immediate success due to his exceptional talent and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Over time, Thierry cemented his reputation, working with prestigious names such as Cartier, Guerlain, Dior, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Kenzo, Givenchy, and Balmain. His exceptional skills and meticulous approach have earned him the utmost respect in the industry.
