DO FRAGRANCES EXPIRE?
Yes, fragrances can expire over time. While most perfumes don’t come with a strict expiration date, their shelf life is influenced by various factors. Some fragrances can last for several years when stored properly, others may have a shorter shelf life.
Over time, exposure to light, heat, and air can cause the fragrance components to break down or oxidize, leading to changes in the fragrance’s scent.Usually a fragrance can last at least 36 months after opening if stored properly.
To extend the life of your fragrances, it’s recommended to store them in a cool, dark place and keep them away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Additionally, keeping the bottle tightly closed when not in use can help minimize exposure to air

Every order on psychoticlondon.com, with the exception of the Discovery Sets, is shipped with two complimentary samples of your choice offered in the cart.

Psychotic products are designed and made in France, but the whole concept was born in London.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ORDERED ON THE PSYCHOTIC LONDON WEBSITE ?
You have the option to return or exchange any product ordered on the psychoticlondon.com site within 14 days of the delivery date, with the following conditions:
Products must be returned to the address listed below in their original state, sealed, accompanied by the original delivery voucher and the completed return form.
